The Power of Attorney

To make  communication between SMCA and MAH/applicants/ manufactures legal it is necessary to have  written  authorization, i.e.  power of attorney/letter  of authorization. 

We kindly ask all  MAH/applicants/ manufactures to submit   valid originally signed  POA/LOA  for legal person (or  natural person)  to act on their  behalf with SMCA.
